Job Description

Responsibilities

pioneer the "AI Revenue Engine" narrative. You need to distinguish us from both the legacy giants (Salesforce, HubSpot) and the new wave of AI-native tools (Attio, Clay)
own the strategy to drive +40% YoY growth. This means optimizing CAC, increasing pipeline velocity, and demonstrating marketing’s direct contribution to revenue
spearhead the GTM for our new AI-powered features and consumption models. This includes everything from sales enablement to executive launch events
scale a marketing organization across product marketing, demand gen, content, and brand, moving us from " monday.com 's CRM" to a standalone powerhouse
