Job Summary

Own and scale a hybrid growth engine that blends D2C acquisition with strategic partnerships while shaping the global GTM plan and revenue plan through cross-functional collaboration.

Growth Ownership: drive end-to-end acquisition across paid, organic, referral, influencer, and lifecycle channels with a strong emphasis on revenue forecasting and scalable reporting.
Partnerships & GTM: build retailers, veterinary orgs, insurers, marketplaces, and pet-industry alliances to accelerate growth.
Cross-Functional Execution: partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to turn customer insights into roadmap priorities and manage the international GTM Lead and agency partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own D2C customer acquisition strategy across paid, organic, referral, influencer, partnership, and lifecycle channels.
Build and scale strategic partnerships across retailers, veterinary organizations, insurers, marketplaces, and pet industry leaders.
Manage and mentor the international Regional GTM Lead.
Oversee agency relationships across growth, creative, CRM, and analytics.
Drive revenue planning, forecasting, and growth strategy.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to translate customer insights into roadmap priorities.
Establish scalable reporting frameworks and executive dashboards.
