Job Summary

Own and scale North America field marketing to drive pipeline through ABM/ABX, events, and partner-led demand while building a repeatable playbook, aligning closely with Sales, and measuring ROI.

  • Own regional strategy and cross-functional collaboration to convert engagement into opportunities with enterprise accounts.
  • Build an events-driven demand engine and outbound plays to fill enterprise gaps, with messaging tailored to fleet, safety, and operations buyers.
  • Track full-funnel metrics from engagement to revenue and reallocate budgets based on ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Own the North America regional marketing strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals. - Localise global campaigns into US-focused programs across events, webinars, content syndication, digital amplification, and ABM/ABX orchestration. - Build a repeatable field marketing playbook covering targeting, sales workflows, messaging, invites, and pre- and post-nurture. - Maintain campaign calendars, briefs, timelines, and stakeholder alignment. - Partner closely with North America Sales Leadership, AEs, and SDRs to define territory priorities, target accounts, buyer personas, and contact strategies. - Launch multi-touch programs that create new opportunities and influence active deals. - Identify contact gaps at Enterprise and strategic accounts and activate outbound programs to create new entry points. - Provide Sales and SDRs with messaging, outreach kits, follow-up sequences, and meeting-driving assets. - Set pipeline creation targets and report performance clearly and consistently. - Lead planning and execution for trade shows, industry events, regional roadshows, roundtables, partner events, and customer experiences across North America. Requirements - 5+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise tech marketing experience ideally in telematics, fleet, AI, IoT, transportation, mobility, or industrial technology. - Demonstrated success driving regional pipeline through field marketing and ABM/ABX motions. - Deep understanding of multi-stakeholder Enterprise buying cycles in transportation, logistics, field services, construction, or related sectors. - Strong collaboration with Sales, SDRs, Channel, and Customer teams. - Excellent program and project management, structured, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven. - Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and intent platforms (6Sense/ZoomInfo/etc) is a decisive advantage. - Creativity and boldness - you enjoy breaking through noise with differentiated marketing. - Strong analytical skills and confidence in presenting results and optimisations to leadership. - Ability to travel as needed (if applicable per role) or as specified by company policy.
