Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coach Recruitment — Recruit and activate fitness coaches. A coach is not activated until they complete their first paid session
  • User & Client Growth — Bring in real users who book real sessions through outreach, community engagement, and creative strategy
  • Partnerships — Build relationships with gyms, studios, apartment complexes, wellness brands, and local businesses
  • Corporate Wellness Accounts — Close company wellness dashboard accounts starting at $299 per month
  • City Launches — We are targeting 10 cities in Year 1 across Wisconsin and surrounding markets. You help build the playbook that makes each launch faster than the last

Requirements

  • 6-Month Trial
  • Remote — United States (remote work)
  • Commission-Based | 1099 Contractor
  • 10+ cities activation plan or capability
  • Ability to recruit and activate coaches and close corporate wellness accounts
  • Hold initiative and ownership mindset; not a generic role

Preferred

  • Bonus if you have experience in startups, fitness, or partnerships
  • understand marketplaces or community platforms
  • have a network in the fitness or wellness world
  • have closed deals before
