Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy, Forecasting & Performance Ownership
• Own the growth forecast across DTC, TikTok Shop, and paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Build and manage weekly/monthly performance forecasts aligned with CAC, MER, and contribution margin targets
• Manage channel scaling plans aligned to revenue, margin, and inventory constraints
• Partner with Finance Lead to deliver accurate forecasts and channel-level P&Ls
• Lead all paid acquisition efforts across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels
• Build a systematic testing framework across hooks, angles, landing pages, offers, and formats
• Manage budgets aligned to CAC, payback window, LTV, and contribution margin targets
• Collaborate with creators to amplify winning content via Spark Ads/whitelisting
• Own the creator pipeline across TikTok, Instagram, and Amazon Influencers

Requirements

• 8-15+ years in performance marketing, growth, or acquisition leadership roles
• Demonstrated success scaling a high-growth CPG or DTC brand from :$20M+ to :$75M+
• Deep experience across Meta, TikTok, and Google ecosystems
• Strong track record running creator-heavy acquisition strategies
• Experience managing teams across media buying, creative, and retention
• Prior exposure to omnichannel environments is a significant plus
