Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Execution - Define and own the product strategy for growth and financial products aligned with company objectives. - Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities to drive revenue, margin expansion, and market differentiation. - Translate strategic initiatives into a clear product vision, roadmap, and prioritized investment areas. - Act as the connective layer between business strategy and product delivery. - Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and monetization models. - Ensure product strategy aligns with evolving market conditions and regulatory considerations, and business models.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Business Impact - Collaborate with Finance and GTM leaders to optimize customer acquisition, conversion, and lifetime value. - Define business requirements, success metrics, and user workflows for key initiatives. - Partner with Technical Product Management to translate requirements into execution-ready specifications. - Oversee a portfolio of initiatives, balancing short-term growth opportunities with long-term platform scalability. - Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to track product impact on revenue, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
  • Team Leadership & Organizational Management - Lead, manage, and develop a team of Product Managers, setting clear goals, performance expectations, and accountability standards. - Hire, onboard, and retain top talent, building a high-performing and scalable product organization. - Coach and mentor team members across both strategic thinking and execution discipline. - Define roles, responsibilities, and ways of working within the product team and across cross-functional partners. - Foster a strong product culture centered on ownership, impact, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, resourcing, and capability building as the business scales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or other related field with a minimum of 12+ years of professional work experience, including 8-10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or related roles.
  • Experience leading product strategy for growth initiatives, revenue platforms, or financial products.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to connect product strategy to company performance.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, managing, and developing product teams.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in solar, clean energy, fintech, or adjacent industries.
