Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Architect and Operationalize the Federal Capture System
  • Lead and Close High-Value Federal Engagements
  • Align and Expand the Federal Growth Ecosystem
  • Build Sales Enablement and Pursuit Infrastructure
  • Oversee Growth Operations and Optimization
  • Establish Revenue Targets and Institutionalize Accountability
  • Transition and Build the Federal Growth Function

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience selling management consulting, strategy, defense operations, or related federal advisory roles
  • Existing book of DoW relationships
  • Demonstrated success in DoW or national security enterprise capture lifecycle
  • Strong command of federal contracting vehicles and processes
  • Experience in generating opportunities from a cold start
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and autonomy
  • Comfort operating without a staffed capture team
  • Executive presence within national security environments
  • Strong experience in management services and consulting
  • CRM and pipeline management discipline
  • Willingness to travel 30%

Preferred

  • MBA, MPP, or a national security-related advanced degree
