Responsibilities
- Formulating and executing growth marketing campaigns across owned and organic channels
- Optimizing conversion funnels
- Identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities
- Building strategic partnerships
- Developing data-driven strategies to maximize customer engagement and retention
- Building and scaling inbound acquisition channels to drive customer growth and revenue
Requirements
- Expertise in Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, and Customer Acquisition strategies
- Strong background in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue and partnerships
- Proven experience in scaling businesses and identifying new growth opportunities
- Data-oriented mindset with proficiency in analytics and KPI-driven decision-making
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred
- MBA is preferred but not required
- Experience with SaaS, AI platforms, or compliance solutions is a plus
