Job Summary

Own the end-to-end growth engine for a multi-audience coaching platform across paid, organic search, and conversion. Drive the full funnel from awareness to enrollment with a clear market position and cross-functional buy-in.

  • Growth Strategy: Own multi-channel playbooks, audience-specific messaging, funnels, and success metrics for learners, partners, and coaches.
  • SEO & AI Search: Own organic visibility, content architecture, and generative-engine optimization for modern search and discovery.
  • Conversion & Analytics: Lead testing everywhere from ads to forms to lead routing, with rigorous metrics and cross-team collaboration (sales, product, ops).

Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy and Execution: Own the growth strategy for Coaches.com across paid, organic, search, content, and conversion channels.
  • Build acquisition systems across multiple audiences, including commercial partners, consumers, and coaches.
  • Each audience will require distinct messaging, channels, funnels, and success metrics, while laddering up to one clear market position: Coaches.com is the trusted platform for coaching.
  • Paid Acquisition: Own and manage paid acquisition across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Take responsibility for campaign strategy, account structure, audience testing, keyword strategy, creative testing, landing page alignment, retargeting, budget allocation, tracking, reporting, and performance optimization.
  • Manage agencies, contractors, or specialists while maintaining the technical depth to inspect the work directly.
  • SEO, Content SEO, and AI Search Visibility: Build the organic growth strategy for Coaches.com.
  • Own search visibility across high-intent coaching, consumer, partner, local, and category-specific searches.
  • Develop content architecture across landing pages, category pages, local pages, educational content, comparison pages, use-case pages, profile pages, and marketplace-style pages.
