Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and email
  • Manage a top-of-funnel / middle-of-funnel / bottom-of-funnel content system across all platforms simultaneously
  • Ensure every piece of content has a defined job — awareness, trust-building, or conversion — and is created intentionally for that purpose
  • Align content with product ecosystem (Daily Ontra, Ontrack Fund, RBE, Rise & Reset) and a rotating vertical focus calendar
  • Brief Ilana before every filming session — hooks, scripts, talking points, and platform-specific direction
  • Structure and run two batch filming days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) that produce enough content to cover all platforms for the full week
  • Hold Ilana and the team accountable to the strategy — push back constructively when ideas don't serve the funnel
  • Be the person in the room who says 'that's a great idea, but here's where it lives and here's why now isn't the right time'
  • Manage and direct one content creator / video editor (If you can edit thats preferred)
  • Build and maintain a content brief system, filming schedule, and publishing workflow
  • Report weekly on content performance — not just reach, but funnel movement: follower growth, DM volume, bio link clicks, new subscribers
  • Identify what's working, what isn't, and adjust the strategy accordingly
  • Own carousel content end-to-end — concept, copy, design, and posting. This is not delegated. You are the person who makes them and puts them live.
  • Produce a minimum of 2–3 carousels per week. These are the highest save-rate format we have and a cornerstone of our middle-of-funnel trust-building strategy.
  • Repurpose filmed content into carousel format — a TikTok filmed on Tuesday becomes a carousel that publishes Thursday. You identify the opportunity and execute it without being asked.
  • Every carousel has a defined funnel job before it gets made — awareness, trust, or conversion. Slide one is always a hook designed to stop the scroll. The last slide always has a clear next step.
  • Schedule and publish all carousel content across Instagram and LinkedIn. Ownership includes captions, hashtags, timing, and platform-specific formatting
  • Assist in executing all aspect of brand partnership deals- from reviewing briefs, concept ideation to posting and follow up
  • You have been the senior content person — not the junior executor — at a personal brand that was growing. You've managed a creator before. You've built a content system before. You know what it looks like when content is working and when it's just performing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning a multi-platform content calendar and reporting on it commercially — not just creatively
  • Experience directing on-camera talent — not just editing after the fact, but shaping what gets said, how it gets framed, and why
  • Fluency in short-form video: TikTok, Reels, and Shorts — understanding hook structure, retention, and platform-specific behavior
