About 5TRIP

5TRIP is a fast-scaling caffeine + L-theanine oral strip brand built for people who actually do things — gamers, ravers, gym girls, nurses, drivers, anyone who needs clean, fast energy without the bloat of an energy drink or the crash of a shot.

We're scaling on TikTok Shop, expanding into gas stations, c-stores, and grocery through distribution, and just getting started. We currently work with ~20 organic creators and ~10 premium affiliate creators, and that roster is growing weekly.

We move fast. We make decisions in hours, not weeks. There's no marketing committee and no brand deck to satisfy. The founder is on camera and willing to put in the reps.

What we need

We need someone to own content end-to-end. That means:

• Owning our organic TikTok and Instagram channels — strategy, posting, voice, growth
• Managing and directing our creator roster (organic + affiliate) — giving them sharp, specific feedback that actually makes their content better
• Creating founder-led content with the founder, in person, at his home in Miami
• Building out content systems — briefs, hooks library, content calendar, performance tracking
• Working closely with the founder on brand voice and big creative bets

Who you are

• You have strong taste and a clear point of view on what good content looks like. You don't wait for direction — you bring it.
• You've scaled a brand on TikTok before, ideally a CPG, beverage, supplement, or wellness brand. You know what hooks work, what kills retention, and why most branded content sucks.
• You're comfortable on camera and behind it. You can shoot, edit on CapCut, write hooks, and direct a creator without making them feel managed.
• You can give a creator feedback that makes their next video 30% better — not "make it more fun" but "the cut at 0:04 is killing your retention, here's why, here's the fix."
• You have opinions about culture — you know what's happening on TikTok this week, what trends are dying, and what's about to break.
• You want to work directly with a founder and move fast. Big-brand process people will hate this role.

• You've worked with energy/wellness/supplement brands
• You have your own content following or have built one
• You understand TikTok Shop affiliate creator dynamics
• You're already plugged into the Miami creator scene
