Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the multi-year credit card growth strategy aligned to enterprise objectives Identify target customer segments and relationship opportunities to drive sustainable growth
  • Optimize performance across existing and growing channel. Define channel roles, economics and integration across the customer journey.
  • Define and own the credit card product value position – ensuring it reflects customer needs, market opportunities and business objectives
  • Translate strategic intent into actionable product roadmaps – clearly articulating priorities and desired outcomes for delivery and partner teams
  • Establish expected outcomes and measurement plan aligned to actions
  • This leader will own the growth agenda, spanning product roadmap direction, channel optimization and expansion, and strategic prioritization.
  • While leading a team, the scope of influence required is broad – requiring strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Marketing, Digital, Distribution, Risk Analytics, Finance, Operations, and Technology.
  • The position requires a balance of long-term vision with hands-on execution rigor to ensure strategy translates to measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving growth in cards, lending, or consumer financial services
  • Deep understanding of acquisition economics, lifecycle management, and customer value creation
  • Strategic architect with the ability to operate in the details
  • Enterprise leader skilled at influencing across a complex, matrixed environment
  • Builder mentality – comfortable operating in maturing state and overall scaling business driven
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into measurable financial outcomes
