Job Summary

Own the end-to-end ops for multi‑step outbound and lifecycle campaigns, turning weekly planning into executable tasks, and maintaining tight QA and launch discipline.

Ops governance: enforce ICP rules, keep lists clean, and maintain SOPs for QA and campaign setup
Campaign execution: configure and launch email and LinkedIn programs with accurate copies, senders, schedules, and tracking
Delivery reliability: build repeatable processes to hit launch timelines and flag risks early

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Enforce per‑client ICP & persona rules
Sanity‑check GTM engineers’ lists (coverage, titles, exclusions)
Maintain and improve list QA checklists and SOPs
Configure and launch email + LinkedIn campaigns in our tools
Ensure correct lists, copy, senders, schedules, and tracking
Build reliable processes so launches happen on time with minimal errors
Turn weekly planning sessions into ClickUp tasks with owners & deadlines
Keep all client boards up to date: lists, copy, launches, issues
Flag risks early
Maintain inbox connections to our monitoring tools
Run weekly checks; flag and troubleshoot issues before they become fires
Own ops SOPs: list QA, campaign setup, exclusions, blacklists, inbox monitoring
Work with our GTM lead to continually improve efficiency and quality

3-7+ years in a marketing ops / campaign ops / RevOps or similar role in B2B
Hands‑on building and launching multi‑step outbound or lifecycle campaigns
Managed a workflow across PM tools (ClickUp/Asana/Jira etc.) and multiple stakeholders
Built or maintained SOPs and checklists that other people actually follow
