Responsibilities

• - Strategy Development: Build and refine strategies to grow Albion’s affiliate and collaborations program, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals.
• - Content Creation: Develop compelling, original content, scripts, and campaigns tailored for affiliates and collaborators to enhance engagement and drive results.
• - Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with affiliates and collaborators, maintaining open communication and trust.
• - Budgeting & ROI Analysis: Allocate budgets across different initiatives, ensuring optimal ROI and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
• - Performance Tracking: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• - Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure program alignment with brand messaging and goals.

Requirements

• - 7–10 years of experience in affiliate marketing, collaborations, or a related field
• - Proven expertise in content creation and campaign management, with a strong portfolio of innovative ideas and successful projects
• - In-depth understanding of ROI metrics and budget allocation strategies
• - Exceptional relationship-building skills with a passion for networking and collaboration
