Job Description

The GTM Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the GTM planning process and operating rhythm across Sales and Renewals to ultimately develop and drive initiatives that accelerate ARR growth. This role plays a critical part in the broader Go-To-Market strategic planning cadence by fostering action-oriented discussion and managing the execution of the planning process to define the annual goals and strategic priorities. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations, this highly visible role will partner closely with the Revenue Operations, Finance, and Analytics teams as well as GTM leaders to define data-driven, strategic shifts in how we engage with customers to then build and programmatically execute initiatives to drive the requisite change.  Sitting at the intersection between strategy and execution, this role is highly collaborative and action-oriented: working with IT and GTM leadership to design and implement shifts in how we interact and engage with customers to optimize their experience.

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive target planning and development through historical trend analysis and future year growth assumptions

  • Present data-driven recommendations and structure programmatic approach to driving change

  • Actively design and lead business process improvement initiatives with a central focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience

  • Lead change management activities to support adoption of any changes to the engagement model and operating models

  • Drive headcount and budget planning throughout the year

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in planning roles relating to Sales, Renewals, Customer Success, SaaS sales, or other related fields

  • Broad functional understanding of planning cycles in high-growth business-to-business technology environment

  • Strong project management skills and drive for ownership and results

  • Ability to structure and execute complex analyses and synthesize into clear, actionable insights with business impact

  • Familiar with SFDC and Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) 

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills to all levels within the organization

  • Experience managing senior stakeholders within the organization 

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment

  • A smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArkers across the organization
