Job Description
$100k–$120k OTE + .5% Of All Deals You Sourced + Equity
This role is for someone with 1–2 years of B2B outbound sales experience who wants to break into early-stage startups and accelerate their career.
Highlights:
- Work directly with a sales leader who previously built tens of millions of dollars in pipeline as the Head of Growth at a Series B Company
- Clear path into an AE role very quickly
- 10% commission on closed contracts as an AE, with deal sizes ranging from six to seven figures.
- Join a seed-stage company where you'll have meaningful ownership from day one
Day-to-Day:
- Build an outbound pipeline
- Book qualified meetings
- Test messaging and new strategies and iterate quickly
- Help refine the outbound motion as the company grows
Ideal Candidate:
- 1–2 years of outbound B2B sales experience.
- Wants to build your career in early-stage startups or become a founder
- High agency and no fear of rejection
- Willing to grind
