Responsibilities

• own our scaled outbound motion. You’ll work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to build and optimize workflows that drive personalized, high‑volume outreach using modern GTM tools.
• This role blends technical implementation with creative problem‑solving to generate pipeline in a large, underpenetrated market.

Requirements

• 1–3 years managing GTM workflows at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience with tools like Clay, Claude Code, Trigger.dev , Smartlead, HeyReach, n8n, etc.
• Ability to integrate systems and create no‑code/low‑code automations
• Familiarity with scaled outbound strategies and deliverability best practices
