Job Summary

Own and scale the developer facing growth engine by delivering technical content, building a vibrant community, and running experiments that lift activation and onboarding for AI infra tools.

Growth Infrastructure: Build developer content programs, events, and onboarding experiences that accelerate productive use of AI components.
Community & Content: Grow and engage ecosystems across platforms like X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, and more.
Ecosystem & GTM: Partner with founders, universities, and ecosystems on technical initiatives and go-to-market collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Technical content and developer education.
Community programs and events.
Product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
Growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
Partnerships with developers, founders, and ecosystem communities.
Internal growth tooling and operational workflows.
Organizing hackathons, workshops, and developer events.
Interviewing developers to understand how they build AI agents.
Creating technical content across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, and other platforms.
Running growth experiments to improve developer acquisition and activation.

Preferred

Technical background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Experience running communities, hackathons, or technical events.
Familiarity with developer ecosystems and open-source communities.
Experience creating technical content, videos, blogs, or newsletters.
Experience with growth, product marketing, developer relations, or GTM.
Strong aesthetic judgment and design sense.
Familiarity with social platforms including X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Startup or entrepreneurial experience.
Experience measuring growth through metrics and experimentation.
