Job Description

Responsibilities

Identify and research 10–20 qualified business leads per week
Qualify businesses based on growth potential and positioning gaps
Execute 5 to 10 personalized outreach messages weekly
Track outreach and pipeline in a structured system (Notion/Airtable/Sheets)
Report weekly metrics (messages sent, replies, calls booked)
Support founder-level growth strategy and decision-making
Attend onboarding/training session and participate in weekly team meetings
Engage in optional mentorship sessions and office hours
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking
Report weekly performance metrics: messages sent, replies received, calls booked

Requirements

Current university/college student or recent graduate
Strong written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Interest in marketing, startups, consulting, or business development
Organized and comfortable managing data and tracking systems
