Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and nurture growth opportunities across the sales pipeline
• Leverage HubSpot tools to manage CRM activities, automation, and reporting
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and campaigns
• Analyze funnel performance and recommend improvements to increase conversions
• Support the development of outbound and inbound growth initiatives
• Maintain accurate data and activity tracking within HubSpot

Requirements

• Currently living in the United States
• Availability aligned with Eastern or Central Time (Eastern preferred)
• Bilingual proficiency (English required; Spanish is a plus)
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or growth-focused roles
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (required)
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
