The Role: As the Growth Product Manager, you will take full ownership of the product's vision, strategy, and market success. You’ll bridge the gap between user needs and business goals, driving high-value features from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Roadmap: Lead the product vision and prioritize the roadmap based on market trends and customer feedback.

• Outcome Ownership: Accountable for P&L, user adoption, and overall financial performance.

• Agile Leadership: Own the product backlog and partner with Scrum teams to facilitate efficient sprint cycles.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between customers, business leaders, and developers.

• Data-Driven Innovation: Monitor KPIs to iterate on features and advocate for the "voice of the customer."

What You Bring:

• Experience: 3+ years in Product Management with a proven track record of driving growth and executing strategy.

• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Agile methodology expertise. Excellent communication skills to influence all levels of the organization.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.

• Requirements: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder living in the US (no sponsorship).

• Travel: Ability to travel 10–25% for team collaboration.
