Job Summary
The role focuses on growing DTC revenue for Jollity & Co. and Daydream Society through a data-driven Growth & Performance Marketing approach. Responsibilities span revenue strategy, email/SMS, paid media, CRO, and reporting. Candidates should have 4–7+ years in growth or performance marketing and a track record of scaling DTC brands.

Responsibilities
- Revenue & Growth Strategy Own DTC revenue targets and performance reporting
- Develop quarterly growth plans aligned with company revenue goals
- Forecast performance and identify scalable opportunities
- Monitor, ROAS, AOV, and retention metrics
- Email & SMS Marketing Lead lifecycle marketing strategy (welcome flows, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.)
- Optimize campaign calendar in partnership with Brand Content Manager
- Own segmentation and list growth strategy
- Improve email revenue as % of total DTC revenue
- Paid Media & Acquisition Oversee paid social and digital ad strategy (Meta, Google, TikTok as applicable)
- Develop creative testing frameworks with Brand team
