Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role for a Growth Partner. The Growth Partner will focus on driving business growth by identifying opportunities, implementing growth strategies, and building relationships with clients. Day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing business challenges, communicating effectively with stakeholders, creating and executing sales strategies, and managing growth-related projects from planning to completion.

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Exceptional Communication skills to engage with stakeholders and present ideas clearly
• Expertise in Growth Hacking and proven experience with successful growth strategies
• Sales skills to build client relationships and develop new business opportunities
• Effective Project Management capabilities to oversee and execute growth initiatives
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in startup environments or working with fractional teams is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
