Responsibilities

• Execute billing process, to include invoicing, follow-up, and addressing any billing issues or concerns.
• Utilize Chamber Master for billing, communication, and member management.
• Coordinate and schedule ribbon cuttings for member businesses
• Secure annual and event-based sponsorships.
• Provide administrative support to board-led committee work.
• Attend monthly Board meetings and fill in at monthly Regional Partnership meetings as needed.
• Work with the Member Engagement Coordinator to on-board and support members.
• The position reports to the chamber board

Requirements

• 2+ years of administrative, operations, or nonprofit/association management experience.
• Experience with membership management or CRM software (Chamber Master experience a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
• Comfortable with basic financial tracking/reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
