Job Summary

Own the founder and investor outreach engine to identify, connect, and nurture high-growth startups expanding to the US, while building content, events, and a thriving ecosystem hub.

  • Outreach Ownership: Build and own outbound programs across LinkedIn, email, events, and partnerships to trigger conversations with founders and investors.
  • Research & Profiles: Research and profile global founders, investors, accelerators, and strategic partners to fuel campaigns.
  • Content & Events: Turn ideas into content for posts and short videos (YouTube, LinkedIn) and assist with founder/investor ecosystem events and community growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support founder/investor outreach via LinkedIn, email, events, and strategic partnerships
  • Research and identify global founders and investors
  • Content management: Turn ideas into content (posts, short videos – YouTube, linkedIn)
  • Event outreach: Help organize founder, VC, and ecosystem events
  • Help grow the Venture Bridge Hub founder + investor community
  • Build internal databases of founders, investors, accelerators, and strategic partners

Requirements

  • Strong interest or experience in venture capital, early-stage startups and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-ups
  • Ability to research and connect with high-growth founders, startups, government entities, and investors looking to expand into the US market
  • Experience in AI tools, editing, and content/media creation
