Job Summary

Own the Salt Lake City market by building a scalable referral network, driving high quality partnerships, and launching repeatable market-expansion plays with measurable outcomes.

  • Own referral-network development across pediatricians, PCPs, specialists, and school clinics in SLC while delivering a predictable pipeline.
  • Lead partnerships with healthcare networks, payers, and employers plus co-marketing at local events to drive ROI.
  • Create an executable market-launch playbook and report progress against growth targets and KPI metrics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a referral network across pediatricians, PCPs, specialists, and school-based clinicians in SLC
  • Conduct regular outreach and in-person visits to drive consistent patient referrals
  • Equip and motivate clinical staff to engage in provider education and relationship-building
  • Manage a structured outreach calendar and track referral pipeline metrics in CRM
  • Cultivate relationships with community organizations, school districts, nonprofits, and parent networks
  • Develop co-marketing initiatives and represent Woven Care at local events, health fairs, and community forums
  • Lead high-level outreach to healthcare networks, regional/national insurers, and employer groups
  • Build business cases for partnership opportunities, including ROI modeling
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and performance reports
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience considered
  • 5–7+ years in growth marketing, business development, or market expansion — with at least 2 years in a healthcare setting
  • Demonstrated experience building provider or referral networks in a clinical environment
  • Proven track record developing high-value partnerships with healthcare systems, payers, or large institutions
  • Experience managing both digital and traditional advertising campaigns with measurable results
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to and cold-outreaching executives
  • Familiarity with the Utah/SLC healthcare market is a strong plus
  • Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare marketing compliance requirements

Preferred

  • Familiarity with the Utah healthcare landscape, and/or has successfully launched healthcare services in new markets
  • Strong network-building capabilities including cold outreach
  • Data fluency: comfortable setting KPIs, tracking performance, and adjusting strategy based on results
  • Experience with providers, community leaders, and executive stakeholders
