Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, run and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, LinkedIn, Google and streaming/CTV
• Build and test audience targeting to reach physicians, practice managers and practice owners — not just anybody
• Set up conversion tracking so every lead ties back to the campaign that produced it, and report cost per lead and cost per client every month
• Run targeted email campaigns to our CRM database of past contacts and prospects: segmentation, sequences, offers and follow-up
• Keep the CRM clean and use it as a marketing tool — lead scoring, lists, automation and pipeline reporting
• Lead the marketing launch of VirtualScribe.ai, including our doctor referral program
• Shoot and edit ad creative: short video, testimonials, product demos and social content
• Improve how doctors find us through SEO and AEO, so we show up in Google results and in AI search tools
• Cross-sell our after-hours calling, virtual medical assistance and chronic care management services to the practices we reach

Requirements

• 3+ years running paid ad accounts yourself, with real budget responsibility
• Strong Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads experience. Google Ads required
• You know how to build and test audiences, and you can explain why a campaign worked or didn't
• Comfortable with the numbers: cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and which one actually matters
• Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar), including email campaigns and automation

Preferred

• Big plus: you can shoot and edit your own video content
• Healthcare or B2B experience is a plus
