Manage targeted lifecycle email campaigns that nurture warm leads, prospects needing more time, and current clients to drive engagement and conversions. Create and proofread copy for sales pipeline outreach, client communications, partnership materials, and social/community engagement posts. Proof and edit cold outreach campaigns produced by the Growth Marketing team. Oversee and grow community selling efforts by participating in and monitoring conversations across Reddit, Discord, and Slack communities. Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot workflows and automations to streamline customer journeys and marketing touchpoints. Utilize automation tools like Zapier and Clay to create customized workflows that improve marketing efficiency. Promote and assist with webinars, events, and other marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and client retention. Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to develop marketing assets such as success stories, one-pagers, and presentation decks. Manage social media posting and engagement to increase TalentPop’s brand presence.
