Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness and lead generation across email, social media, and community platforms (Reddit, Slack, Discord).
• Manage targeted lifecycle email campaigns that nurture warm leads, prospects needing more time, and current clients to drive engagement and conversions.
• Create and proofread copy for sales pipeline outreach, client communications, partnership materials, and social/community engagement posts.
• Proof and edit cold outreach campaigns produced by the Growth Marketing team.
• Oversee and grow community selling efforts by participating in and monitoring conversations across Reddit, Discord, and Slack communities.
• Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot workflows and automations to streamline customer journeys and marketing touchpoints.
• Utilize automation tools like Zapier and Clay to create customized workflows that improve marketing efficiency.
• Promote and assist with webinars, events, and other marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and client retention.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to develop marketing assets such as success stories, one-pagers, and presentation decks.
• Manage social media posting and engagement to increase TalentPop’s brand presence.
