Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Your success will be measured by your ability to turn ambiguous growth opportunities into well-designed tests, generate clear learning quickly, and build a path to efficient scale. You understand that proving a new channel requires more than launching a campaign: it takes a strong customer insight, compelling creative, sound economics, reliable measurement, and disciplined execution.
  • - 3-5 years of experience in growth, growth marketing, or a similarly cross-functional role
  • - Experience at a startup or in an equivalent zero-to-one environment where you had to act independently, move quickly, and build without an established playbook
  • - A track record of taking a new channel, program, or growth initiative from idea through launch and iteration
  • - Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex cross-functional work and keep multiple initiatives moving at once
  • - A strong analytical foundation—comfortable building a business case, defining success metrics, interpreting performance data, and making scale or stop decisions
  • - Strong creative instincts—able to develop customer insights, campaign concepts, content hypotheses, and clear creative briefs
  • - Bias for action and ownership; you move quickly, make thoughtful decisions with incomplete information, and do not need close direction to make progress
  • - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems and align a wide range of partners
  • - Comfort using AI tools and automation to accelerate research, analysis, ideation, and execution
