Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy and full lead funnel for both brands — awareness through qualified leads.
• Run SEO, paid search/social, email, and content yourself — AI-assisted, not agency-outsourced.
• Build and maintain both websites (WordPress; Grav is a bonus) and keep conversion climbing.
• Manage online reputation, reviews, and referral/partnership programs for each brand.
• Keep a real scorecard — leads, CAC, conversion, revenue — and bring it to L10 every week.
• Sharpen sales handoff and collateral alongside each team's front-line staff.
• Default to building it yourself; call in outside help only for the rare stuff that truly needs it.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on marketing execution — you've actually built the campaign, not just briefed one.
• Real comfort using AI daily to write, design, build, and report — bring an example por favor!
• Working knowledge of WordPress; Grav experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• A bias toward action — you'd rather ship something imperfect today than plan something perfect for next month.
• Property management, real estate, or home services background is a plus, not a must.
