Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest, TikTok — hands on keyboard, not just strategy reviews
• Run Shopify CRO — A/B tests, PDP optimization, landing pages, checkout
• Manage paid agency relationships and hold them accountable
• Build AI-powered tools and automations that make the growth engine faster
• Own the customer acquisition analytics and tell us what’s working and why

Requirements

• Have personally run and optimized paid campaigns (in the platform, not just in the deck)
• Have built automations or AI tools (not just used them)
• Come to interviews with observations about what you’d change, not just questions about what we do
• Have examples of building things nobody asked you to build

Preferred

• Equestrian background strongly preferred — we’re horse people helping horse people and domain knowledge is a genuine advantage. Not required if you’re exceptional otherwise
