Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch campaigns support Kashable’s growth across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Display channels as Kashable increases its total addressable Market (TAM)
  • Leverage multiple data streams to optimize and drive campaign performance
  • Proactively surface and present insights and recommendations to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce innovative and engaging content that resonates with our customer base and aligns with brand standards, regulatory guidelines and performance objectives

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2C or B2B Product Led Growth (PLG) direct response marketing or related roles, preferably within FinTech or a regulated industry.
  • Hands-on experience managing at least one advertising platform (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager or LinkedIn Ads) and one measurement platform (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present information confidently in a cogent and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Innovative and systems-based mindset with strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B or B2C Growth Marketing or related roles, preferably within FinTech or a regulated industry.

Preferred

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, reporting and creative iteration.
  • Working knowledge of core statistical concepts and data interpretation techniques used in performance marketing.
