Job Summary

Drive multi-channel growth with end-to-end campaign ownership and cross-functional GTM alignment that ties activity to pipeline and revenue.

  • Collaborate with BDRs, AEs, CS and product marketing to ensure messaging, attribution, and handoffs maximize impact.

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Campaign Development & Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel growth campaigns from start to finish, including researching topics, defining strategy, writing content, executing campaigns, and measuring results
  • \n
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Build integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, content, webinars, digital, social, in-person events) that drive sales-qualified pipeline and revenue growth
  • \n
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Design and execute customer nurture programs and upsell/cross-sell initiatives that increase engagement and customer lifetime value
  • \n
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Manage third-party activities (webinars, content syndication, vendor partnerships) and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to maximize ROI
  • \n
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics including MQLs, pipeline generation, bookings, and conversion rates
  • \n
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization: Analyze marketing metrics to uncover underlying performance drivers, assess influence on quarterly and annual goals, and understand actions needed to maximize impact
  • \n
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization and iterate based on data-driven insights
  • \n
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with partner and digital marketing to drive top of funnel awareness and execute integrated campaigns across channels, ensuring digital paid media, email, content, and partner activities work together as cohesive customer journeys
  • \n
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Customer Success on account prioritization, engagement tracking, pipeline handoff, and expansion opportunity identification
  • \n
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing to ensure campaigns align with product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • \n
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Contribute insights and performance data to daily conversations about how to best execute and measure activities as well as recommending priorities, channel mix adjustments and new growth opportunities
  • \n
  • Program Management: Ensure all activities are completed on time and meet quality expectations, including webinars, email campaigns, nurture streams, and content development
  • \n
  • Program Management: Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure marketing programs run smoothly

  • Program Management: Maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, and stakeholder communications

\nRequirements\n

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
  • \n
  • 4-6 years of growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B enterprise software
  • \n
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
  • \n
  • Experience using web analytics and BI tools to build and maintain performance reporting
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, intent-based marketing, and multi-touch attribution, with experience executing campaigns across multiple funnel stages
  • \n
  • Ability to analyze marketing metrics to uncover underlying performance drivers, assess influence on goals, and understand actions needed to maximize impact
  • \n
  • Full-funnel marketing experience managing customer lifecycle from awareness through expansion
  • \n
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects in their entirety
  • \n
  • Proficient in utilizing modern sales and marketing tools and systems (i.e., Salesforce, Wrike, Airtable, Gong, Clay, Claude, On24, Power BI, etc.) and marketing automation—ideally Pardot—experience is a significant plus
  • \n
  • Strong organizational skills managing multiple concurrent campaigns and cross-functional initiatives
  • \n
  • Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills and build relationships across the business at all levels
  • \n

  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation; architecting and deploying agentic marketers a significant advantage
