Job Summary

Own and scale Handl Health's demand generation across multiple audiences by building a full-funnel growth engine and AI-powered operations, driving pipeline, revenue, and program experimentation.

  • Lead demand across benefits consultants, employers, and carriers with multi-audience programs.
  • Build AI-native workflows for list building, content production, and lead routing to enable a small team to operate at scale.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Demand engine across three audiences. Design and run programs that generate qualified pipeline and booked revenue among benefits consultants, employers and carriers. Identify where each audience's funnel differs, and build the right motion for each: for example, broker-led referral and education, employer-facing activation, and account-based programs for carriers.
  • Channel and campaign execution. Lead email, organic (SEO/AEO), LinkedIn, webinars, events, partner and co-marketing programs. Choose the few channels that matter at our stage, and run them well. While we may run paid media testing, this is a lower investment for us currently.
  • Full-funnel measurement. Lead attribution, funnel reporting and the marketing dashboard across our CRM and analytics stack. Define the metrics with leadership, keep the data clean and report what is driving pipeline, cost per opportunity and activation, including what is not working.
  • Sales alignment. Partner with Sales and internal enablement team members on lead definitions, routing, handoff, follow-up speed and campaign feedback loops. Make outbound and inbound reinforce each other.
  • Experimentation. Run a steady cadence of tests with clear hypotheses, document what you learned, and shift resources and effort based on results.
  • AI-powered growth operations. Build and maintain the workflows that let a small team operate like a larger one: automated list building and enrichment, content and campaign production, reporting, lead scoring and routing. Measure impact and adjust AI-workflows based on results.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in growth, demand generation or B2B integrated marketing at a fast-moving company.
  • Be ready to share examples where you’ve successfully: Built and run a demand generation or growth program end to end at a startup or scale-up, and can show the pipeline, revenue, or usage results.
  • Be ready to share examples where you’ve successfully: Built with AI as a growth mechanism. You are AI-native, not just willing to learn. You don’t create 10 page Claude docs and call your job done. Show us the specific workflows, agents, automations, or tools you built for your function, what they replaced and what they delivered. You will be asked to walk us through them.
  • Be ready to share examples where you’ve successfully: Run growth programs with a limited budget, using fractional resources effectively.
  • Be ready to share examples where you’ve successfully: Sold to more than one audience or buying committee, and adapted programs to each.
  • Be ready to share examples where you’ve successfully: Strong command of a modern marketing stack (CRM and marketing automation such as HubSpot or Salesforce, analytics such as GA4 or PostHog, enrichment and outbound tools) and comfort working directly in the data.
  • Be ready to share examples where you’ve successfully: Written clearly and briefly, and turned analysis into recommendations leadership acted on.
  • Be ready to share examples where you’ve successfully: Excitement about improving US healthcare, and curiosity to learn a complex value chain and regulatory environment (employer-sponsored plans, brokers and consultants, carriers).

Preferred

  • Healthcare, health insurance, benefits, or healthtech marketing experience; familiarity with ERISA, price transparency, or self-funded plans.
  • Experience marketing to brokers, consultants, or other channel partners.
  • Experience with account-based marketing in enterprise or payer markets.
  • Series A to Series B growth experience.

Benefits

  • Employee Stock Options
  • Generous health benefits and 401K matching
  • Flexible paid vacation, parental and medical leave
  • Wellness & professional development yearly reimbursement
  • A one time reimbursement to help you set up a home office
