Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Paid Acquisition
  • Own paid demand generation across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and paid placements on review sites (G2, Capterra), plus other conversion oriented paid channels.
  • Own budget allocation, bidding strategy, and channel level ROI accountability across every paid program.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on messaging and creative, and with Sales/Sales Ops on targeting the right accounts and personas.
  • Funnel Conversion
  • Own website architecture, page flow, conversion paths, forms, and CTAs for paid traffic, with ongoing A/B testing to improve conversion at every stage.
  • Work cross-functionally to optimize funnel conversion from lead/intent to revenue with Product Marketing, Sales, and Sales Ops.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure paid campaigns and landing pages reflect the message house.
  • ROI Management
  • Own reporting for all paid programs: spend, conversion rates, and pipeline/revenue attribution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS demand gen / growth marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a paid acquisition engine that materially drove pipeline at a Series B–C company or equivalent stage.
  • Hands-on, expert-level paid acquisition experience across LinkedIn, Google, and conversion-focused channels (retargeting, review sites); comfortable owning budget and ROI.
  • Website conversion optimization experience—A/B testing, CRO tooling, forms and CTA optimization.
  • Strong analytical foundation: can build a pipeline forecast model and defend it to a CFO.
  • Revenue mindset—you have held and exceeded a pipeline number.
  • Strong partnership skills with the rest of Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, and Product Engineering.
  • A perpetual learning mindset, opinionated on what we are doing and always open to exploration.
