Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns across paid social, paid search, retail marketplaces, and emerging channels to drive traffic and retail sales.
  • Budget Ownership & Pacing: Manage quarterly and campaign budgets—forecasting spend, tracking ROI down to the dollar, and reallocating funds based on performance.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze performance data and sales signals to deliver clear, actionable insights to internal leadership, agencies, and retail partners.
  • Testing & Creative Strategy: Partner with creative teams to guide messaging and design, while leading structured A/B testing agendas to continuously scale winning tactics.
  • Attribution & Measurement: Refine platform tracking and attribution models to link marketing activity directly to business outcomes.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate complex data in easily digestible formats that allow partners and teams to optimize their work, scale what is working and eliminate what is not.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–7+ years in growth or performance marketing, with direct experience running large-scale campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • E-Commerce & Retail Ecosystem: Experience connecting digital media performance to retail marketplace outcomes (e.g., Walgreens, Walmart).
  • Analytical & Financial Skills: Strong ability to manage ad budgets, perform precise pacing/forecasting, and translate complex data into clear strategic narratives.
  • Project Management: Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with a track record of executing multi-channel projects smoothly.
  • Mindset: Proactive, data-curious, solution-oriented, and eager to adopt new digital platforms and measurement tools.
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex data and processes into clear insights and recommendations that internal teams, retail partners and other stakeholders can easily digest and act on.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
