Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies to scale online sales and customer acquisition.
Plan and optimize campaigns across paid social, paid search, email marketing, and affiliate channels .
Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and marketing performance to identify growth opportunities.
Run A/B tests and growth experiments to improve conversion rates and marketing ROI.
Work closely with content, creative, and product teams to build high-performing marketing funnels and landing pages.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and new growth opportunities in eCommerce.
Track and report key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates .

Requirements

2–4+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing in eCommerce.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
Experience running experiments and A/B testing to improve marketing performance.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proactive, creative, and results-driven approach.
