Job Summary

Own and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive loan volume, LTV, and cross-sell while leading data-driven testing and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Own lifecycle strategy and execution across the customer journey to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead data-driven targeting, testing, and evidence-based storytelling with cross-functional partners.
  • Scale cross-product growth and influence multiple teams to maximize customer lifetime value.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own Lifecycle Strategy & Execution: Set the roadmap and execute hands-on campaigns across a meaningful portion of the customer journey to directly drive loan volume, LTV, retention, and cross-sell.
  • Drive Data-Backed Targeting & Creative: Establish a sharp POV on audience segmentation using behavioral and real-time data, partnering closely with Creative to push boundaries and turn opinions into evidence.
  • Lead the Testing Agenda: Independently design, size, and analyze rigorous A/B and multivariate tests to maximize impact and continuously optimize campaign performance.
  • Scale Cross-Product Growth: Build and scale the strategic programs that seamlessly move customers across the product portfolio (e.g., student loan refinancing to personal loans) to increase lifetime value.
  • Partner & Influence Cross-Functionally: Lead across the organization by partnering seamlessly with Data Science, Product, Creative, and Legal to build robust measurement models (incrementality, attribution) and ship flawlessly at speed.

Requirements

  • Strategic & Analytical Experience: 6+ years of marketing experience with a highly analytical mindset; specific channel background matters less than your ability to connect programs to business outcomes, forecast, and master the tech stack quickly.
  • Quantitative Foundation: A degree in economics, engineering, statistics, math (or equivalent experience) that proves you naturally think in numbers, build your own reporting, and understand the nuances of attribution.
  • Data-Driven & Experiment-Led: A proven track record of living in a "test-and-learn" environment—expertly handling hypotheses, sample sizes, honest data reads, and swift optimization.
  • Strong POV & Influence: Ability to form a sharp, evidence-backed perspective on audience, creative, messaging, and timing, with the communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive & Hands-On Execution: A deeply proactive operator who takes extreme ownership of the work, manages shifting priorities, builds campaigns hands-on, and sweats the details others overlook.

Preferred

  • Industry Experience: Proven track record in fintech, lending, or another regulated B2C category, including a solid understanding of compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA/CPRA).
  • Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills to pull your own data cuts, paired with hands-on experience utilizing lifecycle marketing tools (Braze experience is a major plus).
  • Advanced Measurement: Direct exposure to sophisticated measurement methodologies, including incrementality, geo-holdouts, Media Mix Modeling (MMM), and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
  • Channel & Growth Scaling: Experience launching and scaling new channels (SMS, push, in-product) or successfully building cross-sell frameworks from scratch.

Benefits

  • Health, Dental, & Vision benefits plus savings plans
  • Mac computers + work-from-home stipend to set up your home office
  • Monthly internet and phone reimbursement
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
  • 401(k) plan to help you save for retirement plus a company match
  • Robust tuition reimbursement program
  • $1,000 travel perk on each Earnie-versary to anywhere in the world
  • Competitive days of annual PTO
  • Competitive parental leave
