Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to scale online sales and customer acquisition.
  • Plan and optimize campaigns across paid social, paid search, email marketing, and affiliate channels.
  • Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and marketing performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Run A/B tests and growth experiments to improve conversion rates and marketing ROI.
  • Work closely with content, creative, and product teams to build high-performing marketing funnels and landing pages.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and new growth opportunities in eCommerce.
  • Track and report key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing in eCommerce.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience running experiments and A/B testing to improve marketing performance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proactive, creative, and results-driven approach.
