Job Summary

Drive education-focused marketing to grow top-of-funnel and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion for DMGroup programs.

  • Marketing strategy: Develop marketing strategy, including identifying key customers and channels to focus on, to grow top of funnel and increase MQL to SQL conversion
  • Campaign execution: Build, test, and deploy targeted email outreach and automated follow-up sequences
  • Reporting: Analyze the performance of outreach efforts, providing weekly updates on open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics and developing actionable recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Marketing strategy: Develop marketing strategy, including identifying key customers and channels to focus on, to grow top of funnel and increase MQL to SQL conversion
  • Campaign execution: Build, test, and deploy targeted email outreach and automated follow-up sequences
  • Reporting: Analyze the performance of outreach efforts, providing weekly updates on open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics and developing actionable recommendations

Requirements

  • Degree: Bachelor’s preferred
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience: Background in marketing execution and strategy
  • Owner’s mindset: Proactive ownership; in addition to task execution, you think ahead to anticipate risks, share ideas, and take responsibility for and have pride in your work
  • Detail orientation: Ability to make sure all components of a campaign are thoroughly prepared (e.g. copy, recipient lists, timeliness of sends, etc.)
  • Technical aptitude: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot), email marketing platforms / reporting capabilities, and leading AI tools to enable effective work
  • Strong writing skills: Strong command of the English language and grammar with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences

Preferred

  • Interest in K-12 education: Passion for education and desire to make an impact (prior experience not required)
