Job Description

Drive regional growth marketing for the Americas by leading ABM and multi-channel demand gen to feed pipeline.

  • Own regional demand generation and ABM programs across the Americas to drive pipeline.
  • Lead ABM programmes to identify, target, and convert high-value net-new accounts across the Americas priority markets.
  • Build and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns with emphasis on paid media, email, SEO and social.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Americas Campaign Manager in executing the regional marketing strategy, contributing to plans that drive measurable bottom-line impact against our top priority markets
  • Lead ABM programmes to identify, target, and convert high-value net-new accounts across the Americas priority markets
  • Build and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns with a strong emphasis on digital channels including paid media, email, SEO and social. While driving a local event strategy for in person touch points
  • Nurture and grow our existing customer community through tailored lifecycle marketing, personalised content, and engagement campaigns
  • Work closely with the Americas Campaign Manager to support regional planning, and collaborate with the EMEA Growth Marketing Lead to ensure campaigns are consistent with global strategy
  • Work closely with Sales and Business Development to align campaigns to pipeline goals, ensuring strong lead quality, smooth handoff, and clear feedback loops
  • Manage event and field marketing activity across the Americas, including owned and third-party events, while ensuring the majority of marketing investment is directed towards digital channels
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and our Data team to track performance metrics across all you owned activities, delivering regular reporting to key Marketing and Sales stakeholders
  • Execute lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation sequences to deliver relevant, timely customer journeys
  • Run A/B tests and experiments across campaigns, messaging, and channels to continuously improve conversion rates
  • Manage a portion of the Americas growth marketing budget, allocating investment across channels to maximise pipeline impact

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven experience in a B2B growth marketing or demand generation marketing role, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment
  • Hands-on expertise running ABM campaigns both one-to-one and one-to-many, with demonstrable pipeline results
  • Strong digital marketing skills across paid media, SEO, email marketing and social channels
  • Experience planning and executing events as part of a broader integrated marketing mix
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance and translate insights into action
  • Strong copy writing skills, tailoring messaging for a variety of audiences and channels
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Sales and Commercial teams
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (e.g. Pardot, Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • A self-starter mentality, comfortable working with autonomy while staying aligned to global strategy
