Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with channel experts to plan and execute strategy and drive investment across high-yield digital media channels, including Paid Email/Newsletters, 3P Virtual Events/Webinars, Content Syndication, and Publisher Display.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for 30+ industry vendors and publishers, managing programs from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets, tracking links, and lead uploads.
  • Own and support digital marketing budget allocation for new "Testing" initiatives across untapped vendor inventory, tracking performance to identify new scalable pipeline sources.
  • Stay ahead of the evolving ad landscape with ongoing vendor research to identify and evaluate new audiences and opportunities.
  • Proactively adapt strategy to address major trends, including new AI-specific vendors and programs.
  • Analyze lead conversion, pipeline-to-spend ratios, and ROI to maximize top-converting lead sources and ensure campaigns are meeting or exceeding aggressive efficiency targets (e.g., 30x+ Pipe:Spend).
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, content, and design teams to ensure creative alignment and seamless campaign execution.
  • Own all facets of program management, including budgeting, procurement, execution, and reporting.
  • Provide visibility to marketing leadership on campaign performance, digital roadmap, and pipeline generation updates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation role.
  • Proven track record of managing Paid Email sponsorships, 3P Virtual Events/Webinars, and Content Syndication programs.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and 30+ relationships simultaneously without letting details slip.
  • A highly detail-oriented and organized approach required to manage, track, optimize, and report on programs across multiple vendors and products.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience across the cybersecurity and AI vendor landscape with a solid understanding of security buyer personas, the market, and technical products.
  • Deep understanding of cross-functional collaboration with the ability to manage internal stakeholders and teams (FMM, PMM, Legal, Finance, Brand, Creative, Campaigns, MOPs, Leadership, etc.).
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented mindset to maximize ROAS and track pipeline metrics.
  • Bias towards aggressive experimentation and innovation to drive incremental performance.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment.
  • Tech Stack: Proficient in daily use of enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Marketo, Looker, Tableau, Demandbase, etc.
