Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies for digital subscriptions.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, organic/social, in-app, web).
  • Optimize funnel performance-from awareness through trial, conversion, and renewal.
  • Develop and test offers, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Partner with product and analytics teams to improve onboarding and subscriber experience.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships (products, brands, chefs, creators, platforms).
  • Build co-marketing campaigns that drive subscriber growth and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partners into content, product, and campaigns.
  • Track and report on partnership performance, ensuring ROI and alignment with growth goals.
  • Brief and collaborate with creative teams on high-performing campaign assets.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience as a dynamic individual contributor executing digital, subscription, or growth marketing.
  • Experience working in a DTC, media, or subscription-based business (food or lifestyle experience is a plus).
  • Experience with subscription platforms, paywalls, and/or membership models.
  • Proven track record of driving subscriber acquisition and retention.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, CRM, and performance channels.
  • Experience managing partnerships, affiliates, or co-marketing campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Looker, Amplitude, or similar).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across creative, product, and business teams.

Preferred

  • Background in food, lifestyle, or creator-driven media.
  • Familiarity with email/CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).
  • Experience working with talent, chefs, or influencers on branded campaigns.
