Responsibilities

• Build and execute multi-channel demand generation strategy (paid, organic, email, events) to drive qualified pipeline
• Optimize the funnel from anonymous visitor → MQL → SQL in partnership with BDRs and sales
• Build and refine marketing automation, nurturing, and segmentation programs
• Own pipeline reporting: dashboards, funnel insights, ROI analysis, and lead-quality tracking
• Own the marketing tech stack: automation, CRM alignment, analytics, attribution
• Build scalable processes for scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and campaign ops
• Develop content strategy that establishes ApprentiScope as the authoritative voice in apprenticeship management
• Produce or manage high-value content including videos, eBooks, case studies, guides, webinars, and blogs
• Build SEO and AEO authority by strengthening domain authority, keyword coverage, and organic visibility
• Support sales enablement with battlecards, competitive intelligence, pitch decks, and one-pagers

Requirements

• 5-8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in demand generation roles at early-stage or small software companies (seed through Series B)
• Proven track record building and scaling demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline
• Hands-on execution experience across multiple marketing disciplines: paid media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, marketing automation, and campaign analytics
• Deep familiarity with the marketing stack: HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid search/social platforms
• Content creation skills: Ability to write compelling, outcome-focused messaging for different audiences
• Data-driven mindset: You measure everything, optimize relentlessly, and can articulate marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue
