Job Description

Growth Marketing Strategy
Own lead generation strategy across paid media, email marketing, content marketing, and lifecycle campaigns.
Build scalable acquisition programs that consistently generate qualified leads.
Develop testing frameworks to improve conversion rates across every stage of the marketing funnel.
Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend based on measurable ROI.
Partner with leadership on quarterly growth goals and marketing strategy.
Create lead routing, tagging, segmentation, and nurturing workflows.
Integrate websites, landing pages, LinkedIn Lead Forms, paid campaigns, and third-party tools into a seamless marketing ecosystem.
Maintain clean CRM data and improve operational efficiency through automation.
Launch and optimize campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, email, and other digital channels.
