Job Description

Responsibilities

→ Paid performance strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Google
→ Daily management of ad creatives and spend — hands-on, every day
→ Google Performance Max and SEM campaigns optimized for ROAS
→ SEO to maintain and grow our organic rankings
→ Google Analytics, multi-channel reporting, and clear action plans
→ Conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and user feedback loops
