Responsibilities

• Own consumer growth across acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Develop and execute CRM campaigns that drive user engagement and retention
• Build and optimize customer journeys across push, SMS, email, and other channels
• Identify and test new user acquisition strategies and growth opportunities
• Develop and maintain a prioritized growth roadmap and testing plan
• Design and execute A/B tests to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics
• Define, monitor, and analyze key growth KPIs
• Use customer insights and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize and implement growth initiatives
• Communicate growth plans, performance, and results across the organization

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or user acquisition
• Experience working on a consumer-facing mobile application
• Experience managing CRM and customer engagement campaigns with an emphasis on push notifications and SMS
• Experience running or overseeing paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, or Snap
• Experience with tools such as Braze, Branch, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Firebase, Tableau, Excel, SQL, or similar platforms
• Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve execution, analysis, and decision-making
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to independently QA and validate work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience working on consumer mobile products such as marketplaces, social networking, fintech, gaming, health and wellness, or restaurant apps
• Experience working in a marketplace business
