Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and execute a hands-on sales and marketing IC role, running from first conversation to signed contract while building the internal growth plan.
Sales: handle inbound intro and discovery calls, run strategy and pitch presentations, manage the full pipeline to close, handle objections, follow ups, proposals, and contract negotiations, and build a sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.
Marketing: own and operate Meta advertising campaigns, develop and execute content, brand positioning, and demand generation, elevate the brand to attract larger clients, and create or direct ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content.
Brand integration: think holistically about how advertising fits within the broader growth strategy.
Career trajectory: path to leading a sales and marketing function with potential to build a team as the company grows.
