Responsibilities

• Design and run small marketing experiments (hypothesis, execution, and reflection)
• Help refine messaging and positioning for different audiences (students, mentors, partners)
• Draft a content engine for email, partnerships, or landing pages
• Research potential partners and build targeted outreach lists
• Track lifecycle metrics (engagement, conversion, and retention)
• Collaborate with product and data to connect GTM work to real user behavior
• Document learnings clearly so others can build on them

• A student or early-career professional
• Comfortable wearing both analytical and creative hats
• Clear written communicator who likes structured thinking
• Curious about how organizations grow without being spammy
• Comfortable experimenting, learning quickly, and adjusting course
• Reliable, thoughtful, and able to work independently with guidance
• Ability to communicate written and spoken language in English
